During these weight release sessions, our focus will be on identifying the underlying factors contributing to your weight challenges and addressing them directly. Whether it's unhealthy eating habits, emotional triggers, food noise or other factors, we'll delve into the root cause together in a deeply relaxed hypnotic state. Once these factors are identified, I will guide and support you in releasing these issues and restoring balance, replacing detrimental habits with healthier alternatives.

After each session, we'll review your progress and outline the focus areas for subsequent sessions. Together, we'll develop a tailored plan to support you in between sessions, ensuring steady progress towards your weight release goals.
