In these sessions, we will move you specifically to what is causing the issue at hand (smoking, vaping, etc.) and work to discover the root of it. Once found, I will guide you toward releasing the issue and rebalancing it, replacing negative habits with positive ones.​

NOTE: A minimum of 3 sessions are REQUIRED for lasting results and a 4th session is recommended.
As with all hypnosis sessions the only prerequisite for success is a strong desire to meet goals and a willingness to work with the hypnotherapist.

​For best results the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd session should be booked 3 days to 1 week apart. A fourth session is recommended 1 month following your last session. Sessions expire 1 year after purchase.
