Service Description

NOTE: A minimum of 3 sessions are REQUIRED for results and a 4th session is recommended. The package price includes 4 sessions and offers a $15 discount per session. As with all hypnosis sessions the only prerequisite for success is a strong desire to meet goals and a willingness to work with the hypnotherapist. In these sessions, we will move you specifically to what is causing the issue at hand (smoking, vaping, etc.) and work to discover the root of it. Once found, I will guide you toward releasing the issue and rebalancing it, replacing negative habits with positive ones. ​ ​For best results the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd session should be booked 3 days to 1 week apart. the 4th session is recommended to take place a month following.
